White-label technical delivery for CRM agencies

Migration and QA work you can hand off.

I handle HubSpot migration and QA delivery behind your name — from data cleanup and mapping through validation and reconciliation.

Independent provider. No HubSpot affiliation.

Scope of work

Hands-on CRM migration and QA support.

I handle the technical work from source-data review through migration QA and handoff.

01

Data preparation

I audit the source data, clean and standardize it, handle duplicates, and flag records that will not import cleanly.

02

Migration execution

I map fields, run test migrations and HubSpot imports, and handle contact, company, and deal associations.

03

QA & reconciliation

I validate through the API, check record samples, reconcile counts, review exceptions, and capture evidence.

04

Technical handoff

I record migration decisions, document the handoff, and fix workflow or integration issues that come directly out of the migration.

Migration & QA workflow

A traceable path from source data to signed-off handover.

Every stage ends with something you can check before anything else changes.

  1. 01AuditInspect source structure and risks
  2. 02CleanStandardize and resolve exceptions
  3. 03MapDefine fields, objects, and rules
  4. 04Test ImportRun a controlled sample migration
  5. 05ValidateCheck values, logic, and links
  6. 06ReconcileCompare counts and exceptions
  7. 07DocumentRecord evidence and decisions

Worked Example — HubSpot Test Environment

A full walkthrough using test data.

This 4:45 walkthrough shows how I mapped, imported, validated, reconciled and documented a test migration.

Note: This worked example uses synthetic data and was executed in HubSpot developer test accounts. It is not client work.

Deliverables

Documents your team can check and keep.

  • 01Field mapping and decision log
  • 02QA and reconciliation summary
  • 03Validation evidence

Working with agencies

Additional technical support that fits your existing delivery process.

I take on migration and QA delivery as a subcontractor to CRM agencies. The work can cover a defined migration workstream, support an internal delivery lead, or add QA at critical checkpoints.

The agency retains client ownership and strategic direction. Scope, assumptions and decisions get written down as we go.

Working practices

Data Handling & Client Access

Access and data handling are agreed before work begins.

  • 01Least-privilege, client-provided access is used where appropriate, and only for the agreed delivery scope.
  • 02Work may use approved CSV or Excel files, source exports, mapping files, and required working files.
  • 03Temporary credentials and tokens are removed, or reported as no longer required, after completion. Working files are returned or deleted under the agreed retention arrangement.
  • 04Sample or anonymised data can be used for initial testing where appropriate. NDA is fine; client DPA and security requirements can be reviewed before work starts.
